American Roadside offered build-your-own burger options as well as delicious chef's selected builds. People could order beef, lamb, bison, turkey, wagyu truffle or beyond burgers, as well as a chicken breast. The eatery had also offered a choice of bun, cheese, free toppings, and premium toppings.

Noteworthy was its Roadstar burger, which was four patties piled high in one bun. Ordering – and hopefully finishing one – would get your name on the wall, literally.
